Individual Air Fares
Tolo Travel & Tours will provide the
best market fare available from time to
time from the Various Airlines. This
will apply both for vacation travel and
for Business Travel of clients’
employees and family dependents. The
maximum discount as specified in our
financial arrangement will apply in all
cases.
2. Group Fares
Tolo Travel & Tours will provide
specially negotiated Group Fares on Ad
Hoc basis for any group travel. This
will be supplemented with special
exclusive special arrangement for Group
Travel both at origin and destination
points. For large groups our
representative will accompany at no
extra cost to facilitate the group.
3. Corporate Deals on Air Fares
Tolo Travel & Tours will negotiate with
specific Airlines to obtain revenue
saving special deals on air fares for
common destinations fares will
exclusively apply only to clients
Employees and dependents. However this
will have stipulated conditions applied
by the airlines on volume of business
and periods. This can be discussed and
effectively managed to result in major
cost savings for our clients.
4. Implant
Office
Tolo Travel & Tours can provide an
implant office well equipped with a
professional staff to handle all Travel
requirements. This is subject to
exclusive travel business handling of
our clients travel arrangements and
ticketing by Tolo Travel & Tours.
5. Holiday
Packages
Our outbound Holiday Packages to any
destinations of the world are some of
the most popular choices both with the
local community and the Expatriates. We
pride ourselves in the fact that our
costing is lowest in the market. This is
a result of excellent trade relationship
with suppliers world-wide, good business

We will be offering the same products

7. Travel
Insurance
Tolo Travel & Tours will provide Air
travel insurance at nominal cost to all
the passengers by MidEast Assistance
International Insurance Company. This
insurance will cover Health Coverage,
Flight Delays, Lost Baggage, and flight
related mishap. We will also provide
more comprehensive Premium Travel
Insurance at nominal Cost for a variety
of duration and causes to cover wider
areas of exigencies.
8. Meet & Greet Services at Dubai
Airport
On request for VIP travel, Family Travel
and Guests transiting through Dubai, we
can readily arrange meet & Greet Service
at Dubai Airport’s “Marhaba Services”.
9. Travel Document Delivery System
Tolo Travel & Tours is fully equipped
and will facilitate door delivery of
Travel documents to all clients’
branches in Dubai Region, Northern
Emirates and the East Coast.
