• MEET and ASSIST:
Meet and Assist services (Marhaba
Services) is available at Dubai
International Airport, through our
partners in Dubai. This service include,
but is not limited to, baggage transfer,
connection assistance, language
translation, assistance through
immigration and customs clearance, and
escort to ground transportation. This
will ensure, your international travel
becomes seamless and fatigue free
through the transit point of Dubai
International Airport.
• TRAVELER COMMUNICATION:
We will use various methods to
communicate with clients travelers,
including the following: Fax / e-mail
messages – At more option, we will use
faxes and e-mail system to broadcast
pertinent, time-sensitive information to
travelers. This may include such
information as policy changes, new air,
hotel or car partners, and procedural
changes.
Ticket stuffers – Outside of
time-sensitive data, the most effective
means of traveler communication is to
place relevant communication materials –
such as a newsletter – inside the ticket
jacket. Because it is packaged with the
traveler’s ticket and itinerary, it
tends to receive more attention than
mailing an unsolicited newsletter.
Client-customized information – At
clients’ option, we can provide with
information specific to travelers’ needs
that can publish in firm newsletters,
monthly flyers, or via e-mail.
